Dragon Descant 18 December 2017

Welcome to the big dance! It's time! Here. We. Go. It's showtime! Let's get going!
Yes, finals are almost over 😇
STILL not sure what the finals schedule is? Here you go... Semester Exams

Everyone should be in the cafeteria by 8:15am. If you are not a senior and you don't have a final, you must be in the building. Day students are not allowed in the dorms except for the C-building study area / lounge.
Remember, if you're going to wear a jacket into the gym for testing, make sure its not too big and puffy. Its not allowed.

Also, no phones.
And, no pencil cases.
Don't forget, no hoods up in the gym.
Please remember, no talking until all tests are collected.
Finally, good luck!

SENIORS! Do you want a prom?  Get (pay for) your ticket by this Friday or there may not be one.  Dr. Boyett is not jokin' around.

If you haven't talked to your counselor about next year's classes, its time to start thinking about that. The scheduling process will be begin quickly after we return from winter break. Keep an eye out for next year's course guide which is coming out soon.

Please do not use the new bar and stool seating for bag storage. There are other places for your things other than seats where people may want to sit.

Important Dates:
12/18: Finals Week Begins.
12/22: Half Day-8 periods

DRAGONS Q&A

No one was able to guess our Dragon's Q&A faculty member last week, Mr. Corton!
We asked our HS faculty members a few questions and I’ll give you the answer. If you are the first to guess the correct faculty member, you’ll get yourself a donut!!  To submit your guess, reply to the email I send each week but remember to reply to me only.  Do not reply all.
Can you guess which faculty member gave the answers to the following questions?
What was one of your favorite songs in high school?
Where did you dream about traveling to when you were in high school?
Egypt
What did you like to do with your friends in high school?
Hang out and do as little as work as possible.
Do you have any interesting high school fun facts?
Sharon Davies, an Olympic swimmer, went to my school
How many years have you been a teacher?
16!
